Service Description

Our small-group boxing class is limited to 15 participants to ensure quality coaching while maintaining a high-energy training environment. Each class begins with jump rope to build footwork, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance, followed by shadowboxing to reinforce proper technique, movement, and combinations. After a focused stretch and warm-up, participants move into bag work, applying punches, defense, and footwork with power and precision. The session finishes with conditioning exercises designed to improve strength, stamina, and overall athletic performance, delivering a challenging full-body workout in a supportive group setting.
